1. All Sales Final 

Due to the nature of research reagents, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at the email below with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review and, at our discretion, determine an appropriate remedy (replacement or partial refund). 

3. Domestic Shipping Only 

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. 

4. Processing & Delivery Times 

Orders typically ship within the handling times shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. 

5. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Risk of Loss 

Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the shipment to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
