We sell research-use-only laboratory reagents to qualified buyers, including research institutions, wholesale distributors, individual buyers purchasing strictly for non-clinical research, and laboratory technicians. 3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order in our sole discretion, including for suspicion of fraud, compliance risk, or inability to ship. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel and refund the payment method used, if applicable.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH, subject to verification.

5. Shipping and Title

We ship domestically within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a correct and secure delivery address.

6. No Returns; All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research reagents, all sales are final and non‑refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with order details and photos so we can review and determine an appropriate remedy at our discretion.

7. Product Information and Changes

We strive to provide accurate product information, but errors may occur. Specifications, availability, and pricing may be corrected or updated at any time. Images are for illustration only and may differ from the delivered product.

8. Compliance and Indemnity

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, handling, and use of our products comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for all disputes not subject to arbitration.

12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver (If Applicable)

At our election, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms may be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class‑wide arbitration to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The updated Terms apply to all use of the site and orders placed after the effective date.
