These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ironhelixpeptide.com and your purchase of products from Iron Helix Peptide Company, LLC (“Iron Helix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Research Use Only

All peptide and laboratory research products offered by Iron Helix are designated strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). They are intended exclusively for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes. They are not intended for use in humans or animals and are not sold as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or diagnostic products.

By purchasing an RUO product, you confirm that it will be used, stored, handled, and disposed of only by qualified individuals and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accepted laboratory practices. You agree not to use or allow these products to be used for any prohibited purpose.

Storage and Accessory Products

Storage cases, vial holders, and similar accessories sold by Iron Helix are storage and travel accessories only. The sale of an accessory does not change the Research Use Only designation of any peptide or laboratory research product stored inside it.

Eligible Customers

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to make a purchase. Iron Helix sells RUO products to qualified purchasers, including research organizations, educational institutions, wholesalers, laboratory professionals, and individual researchers purchasing strictly for non-clinical research.

Order Review and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Iron Helix reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion, including orders involving suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, pricing errors, product availability, or shipping limitations. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees are calculated during checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize payment of the full transaction amount using the payment method selected at checkout.

Product Descriptions and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and other website information. However, information may occasionally contain errors or omissions. Iron Helix reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change product packaging or appearance, and modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Iron Helix ships within the United States only. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser when the order is tendered to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and secure shipping information.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the specialized nature of laboratory research materials and made-to-order products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Returns and refunds are not accepted. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within three (3) calendar days of delivery and provide photographs or other requested documentation. Iron Helix will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution at its discretion.

Regulatory Compliance and Indemnification

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of Iron Helix products comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Helix, its owners, employees, officers, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, product names, and designs, is owned by Iron Helix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or modified without prior written authorization.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Helix disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Helix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Iron Helix’s total liability concerning a product will not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Helix may require disputes arising from these Terms or a purchase to be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization. You waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in a class or collective action.

Changes to These Terms

Iron Helix may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SMS Program Terms

Iron Helix offers optional text messages to customers who expressly opt in. Order-related texts may include order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer-support messages. Promotional texts may include product news and offers. These are separate choices at checkout, and neither option is selected by default. Providing a telephone number or placing an order does not automatically enroll you in promotional text messages.

By selecting an applicable SMS checkbox, you agree to receive that category of messages, including messages sent using automated technology, at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@ironhelixpeptide.com. Declining or ending SMS messages does not affect order-related email communications.

You must provide a telephone number that you own or are authorized to use and notify us if that number changes. Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and SMS consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes.
