All products offered by IronHelix Peptide Company, LLC are designated strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. They are not intended for use in humans or animals, and are not sold as drugs, medical devices, diagnostic products, or cosmetic ingredients.

Eligible Customers

IronHelix sells laboratory-grade materials intended solely for research purposes to qualified purchasers, including research organizations, educational institutions, wholesalers, laboratory professionals, and individual buyers purchasing strictly for non-clinical research. Our products are not sold for use as drugs, medical devices, diagnostic tools, cosmetics, or for human or animal application.

Research Use Only

All products offered by Iron Helix are designated Research Use Only (RUO) and are intended exclusively for laboratory and analytical research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you will use, store, handle, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws, safety regulations, and accepted laboratory practices, and that you will not use or allow use for any prohibited purpose.

Order Review and Acceptance

All orders submitted to IronHelix constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or shipping limitations. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize IronHelix and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full transaction amount. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and ACH, subject to verification.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

IronHelix ships within the United States only. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the shipment is tendered to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate and secure shipping information.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the specialized nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within three (3) calendar days of delivery and provide documentation so we may assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limitation

The Website And All Products Are Provided “As Is” And “As Available.” To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Law, Iron Helix Disclaims All Warranties, Express Or Implied, Including But Not Limited To Warranties Of Merchantability, Fitness For A Particular Purpose, And Non-Infringement. In No Event Shall Iron Helix Be Liable For Any Indirect, Incidental, Consequential, Special, Or Punitive Damages, Or For Any Amount Greater Than The Purchase Price Of The Product At Issue.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

At IronHelix’s discretion, disputes arising from these Terms may be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization. You waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class or collective action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Modifications to Terms

IronHelix reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
